I am studying Creative Expressive Therapies...I love tea and teacups, fairy lights, baking cupcakes, crafting, bead making, anything vintage, flowers, kitsch, My beautiful kitchen stuff, The 1950's style, but it doesn't love me, pretty dresses, holding hands, love, body acceptance, writing, music, bunting, painting, interior design, song writing, singing and my guitar....nancy.
I dislike ignorance of any kind and being made to feel ashamed of my body because it doesn't fit in with societies idea of beauty.
I absolutely hate that my mum is sick.

Tiny Victorian Cottage
With only $3000 on renovation and furniture, Sandra Foster transformed a Catskills hunting cabin into this romantic 9-by-14-foot Victorian cottage. She did all the carpentry work herself, using vintage columns, flooring and wavy glass windows. via nytimes

As promised, here are the pictures from my day spent with my cousin. These are a few of my favourites for different reasons. It was such a lovely day and nice too see Amy so happy. She struggles to make friends due to her autism, and as she is getting older she is struggling more and more to fit in with her peers.
She is becoming aware that she is different, but I assured her that she is different in the most fantastic way. She is so kind and loving, and at 13 most kids hate their family but Amy adores all of us. I love the fact that I can go and spend the day just being silly with her. I also love that she goes to the park to swing, and run around, not smoke and cause trouble.
I love her so much x

Today is all about this boy right here.
I’m going to take my bike out with Oscar and have a picnic by the river.
I forget just how much I love York.
I also forgot just how wheezy I get around Oscar, but even that cannot ruin today!
Hope you have a lovely day x

Flash back!
This was me on my thirteenth birthday, being a bridesmaid for my Aunty Lynn. This was also one of the last times I remember Mum being well. It was exactly two weeks after this photo was taken that we found out Mum had cancer.
We are all so different now, and so many things have changed but the photo remains the one reminder that at this point in my life we were a normal family. Mums illness affects our lives in so many ways but I am so much more than thankful that I am able to sit across the room from her right now.
My auntys wedding was perfect, and this photo reminds me of the wonderful day that we spent as a family. Grandad Arthur was the only ine missing as he passed away the year before, but he was looking over us as he does today.

Beautiful Disaster on We Heart It. http://weheartit.com/entry/18817693
I have had the loveliest afternoon, spent with dave and stuart.
We popped up to matlock bath, to have a wander round, then went to Black rocks to lark about in the sunshine. It was just what I needed.
Hope you all enjoyed the sunshine just as much as I did
